Royal Nebeker (1945-2014) was an accomplished Astoria, Oregon symbolist painter and teacher who created highly personalized narratives based on dreams and memories, often embellished with words and notations that helped drive his narrative. This major retrospective exhibition of Nebeker's paintings and prints has been organized by director John Olbrantz, and features 36 paintings and prints drawn from public and private collections on the West Coast.

Russell Childers: Oregon Outsider

Russell Childers (1915-1998) was a self-taught wood carver whose themes focused on memories of his mother, childhood, animals, important historical figures, Western imagery, and his life at Fairview Hospital in Salem, Oregon, where he lived for 40 years. Organized by collection curator Jonathan Bucci, the exhibition will feature 27 wood sculptures on loan from public and private collections throughout the western United States.
