About Willamette University Theatre

Willamette University Theatre produces three mainstage plays, one dance concert and various student projects each season. All performances are open to the public, and we encourage members of the community to attend. All our productions run two to three weekends, with a Thursday Preview and Friday Opening Night Gala. Welcome to the reopening of the theatre

For more than 30 years, audiences have looked forward to each new season at Willamette University Theatre. This fall, though, will feature a new star — the Willamette University Playhouse and new theatre itself. With a 5.6 million dollar renovation nearly complete, Willamette University Theatre will finally have a facility commensurate with its reputation in the academic theatre world and worthy of the productions on the stage.
