This action will take effect immediately upon notice to the student. Any student subject to restriction of access may appeal the action, but only after complying with the restriction.  Appeals must be made in writing within 48 hours of receipt of the restriction order, and should include a description of the events leading to the order and the reasons the student feels the order should be modified or lifted.

Appeals should be submitted to the office of the Dean of Campus Life, located in the University Center.  If the Dean of Campus Life issued the order in question, the president will appoint a different dean or vice president to review the appeal.  Results of the review will be communicated within two business days of receipt.  The decision rendered in an appeal review is final.
