Our department mission is to assist Willamette University in its efforts to recruit and retain exceptional faculty and staff, provide programs and services that cultivate excellence and support the University's goals, and serve as a source of information, expertise, advocacy, and support for faculty, staff, management and the Willamette community at large.
Willamette University's Office of Human Resources is located in the Executive Building at the corner of Cottage and Ferry, a block South from the westside Capitol building grounds. For directions to campus or to locate the Executive Building on a map, see the Campus Map page. HR maintains two temporary parking spaces for visitors. Parking on State Street or in other visitor spaces on campus is metered.
