This information session is just about our program in Quito, Ecuador. The director of the program in Quito, Fernando Miño, will be at the session to talk about the fall semester 2015 and summer 2015 programs which include community service learning, excursions, and homestays. Find out what a study abroad experience in Ecuador could mean to you! If you are interested in Ecuador, you would attend this session plus a General Study Abroad Information Session.

4:00 p.m.Summer Greece Interest Meeting

Find out about this exciting opportunity to explore Greece's ancient and modern culture... in Greece! Talk to the faculty program leaders, Professors Jeanne Clark and Catherine Collins.  The program starts in mid-May and runs for 3 weeks. Earn 1 WU credit. 4:15–5:15 p.m.Information Session for Asian, Chinese, and Japanese Studies Opportunities

All students are invited.  If you are interested in anything related to Asia, or thinking about majoring or minoring in any area studies of Asia, please come to this session to learn more about the courses, faculty expertise, and co-curriculum activities, summer research in Asia, and opportunities to study abroad, intern, and service learning.  Or, just stop by to meet the professors!

Light refreshment will be provided.  Hosted by the Department of Japanese and Chinese, and Asian Studies Program

General Study Abroad Information Sessions

Want to consider Study Abroad in 2015-2016?  This is the first step! 


Learn about the application process, how to research programs to fit your goals, and what to expect in the selection process for study abroad. Each session covers the same information (so only attend one) and should last about 45 minutes.  Sessions are for students interested in any program in any term (summer, fall, or spring) and are STRONGLY recommended. AFTER you've attended a session, you can make an advising appointment.  Questions? email
