Willamette University is on a monthly payroll cycle with payday on the last business day of the month.
Timesheets and leave reporting are due by the 15th of each month online. If you do not have access to the online timesheets/leave report through JASON, please contact payroll or the HR office.
Direct deposit or account changes must be submitted to the payroll office by the 15th of the current month to be effective for the month's payroll. Direct deposit form
The direct deposit form submitted after the 15th of the current month is effective for the following month payroll.
Your pay advices are available online. They are located under "Payroll/Personnel" in JASON.
Any tax withholding or benefit enrollment change must be submitted to Human Resources by the 15th of the month to ensure inclusion in that month's payroll.
