Conference Dining and Catering
Willamette University's food service is catered by Bon Appétit, a premier on-site restaurant company. Bon Appétit is passionate about serving fresh, wholesome, delicious food, prepared from scratch, using the finest local and sustainable ingredients whenever possible. Bold flavors, tempting presentation and friendly service are the company's hallmarks. Conference guest meals are served primarily in Goudy Commons, a food court located near our University Center. The spacious dining area has large windows with views of Mill Creek streaming past.
Guests may choose from a selection of healthy, nutritional and freshly prepared all-you-can eat meals, prepared at various stations. Salad bar, soups and Vegetarian entrees are available at each meal. Other dietary needs such as dairy, gluten or wheat restrictions can be accommodated with advance notice.
Conference guests may also have the option of dining in our Kaneko Café located at Tokyo International University in America. Please inquire within to see if this service may be available to you. Kaneko Café is a beautiful facility also run by Bon Appétit. Food centers around the Asian culture to help promote our abundant relationship with TIUA and its students.
Guests staying in the residence halls are issued a Conference Card as their meal card when they check in. The Conference Card is valid for pre-arranged meals in Goudy Commons or Kaneko Café.
In addition to a conference meal plan, catered meals are also available. Bon Appétit's catering services at Willamette University range from breakfast platters to hors d'oeuvres, elegant served meals to beautiful buffets.
