Welcome, club presidents and treasurers! Thank you for visiting the finance section of the website. Here you will find the important dates for receiving ASWU funds. For a basic overview of the funding process and its rules see the Student Organization Handbook.
 
We have moved to a Google based system for managing funding requests, and these are sent out to the Presidents and Treasurers of clubs a week before requests are due. If you have been unable to receive these emails, send an email to the Treasurer, Brad Russell at brussell@willamette.edu

Important Dates To Know For Funding:

1st Round of Spring Allocations

  • February 3rd/4th - Requests due
  • February 8th - Finance Board meeting 
  • February 12th - Senate allocation vote

 

2nd Round of Spring Allocations

  • February 27th - Requests due
    • Senate Meeting March 5th: $1500+ Requests will be discussed. 
  • March 8th - Finance Board meeting 
  • March 12th - Senate allocation vote

 

3rd Round of Spring Allocations 

  • April 7th/8th - Requests due
  • April 12th - Finance Board meeting 
  • April 16th - Senate allocation vote
