ASWU Finance

Welcome, club presidents and treasurers! Here you will find the important dates for receiving ASWU funds. For a basic overview of the funding process and its rules see the Student Organization Handbook.

We have a Google based system for managing requests which is shared with the presidents and treasurers of clubs a week before requests are due. If you have been unable to receive these emails, contact the ASWU Treasurer, Dana Morita.


Notifications

  • Fall funding dates have been decided and posted. Visit the ASWU Finance Schedule section on the left of this page for dates, times, and locations.
  • If you would like to request money for your club, the deadline for the first allocation is Tuesday, September 13th. Contact the ASWU Treasurer, Dana Morita, for access to the Google form.
  • On Thursday, September 15th, ASWU Senate will make a change to the way that they fund requests over $1,500. Instead of presenting the budget to the senate, your club must present it to Finance Board during a hearing.
  • All budgets will be shared with all club presidents and treasurers!
