Welcome, club presidents and treasurers! Thank you for visiting the finance section of the website. Here you will find the important dates for receiving ASWU funds. For a basic overview of the funding process and its rules see the Student Organization Handbook.
 
We have moved to a Google based system for managing funding requests, and these are sent out to the Presidents and Treasurers of clubs a week before requests are due. If you have been unable to receive these emails, send an email to the Treasurer, Greg Ebert gebert@willamette.edu

Important Dates To Know For Funding:

1st Round of Fall Allocations

  • Sept. 17th - Budget Requests due at 9 PM (via Google Form)

  • Sept. 18th - Senate Hearing for clubs requesting $1500+

  • Sept. 22nd - Budget Hearings in Ford 102 from 10 am – 2 pm (Sign-ups posted Sept 17th)

2nd Round of Fall Allocations

  • Oct. 22nd - Budget Requests and Inventory Disclosure forms due at 6 pm (via Google Form)

  • Oct. 23rd - Senate Hearing for Clubs requesting $1500+

  • Oct. 26th - Budget Hearings from 10 am – 2 pm

3rd Round of Fall Allocations 

  • Nov. 19th - Budget Requests and Inventory Disclosure forms due at  6 pm (Via google Form)

  • Nov. 20th - Senate Hearing for Clubs requesting $1500+

  • Nov. 23rd - Budget Hearings from 10 am – 4 pm
