It provides substantial coursework in managing regulations, stakeholders, IT and human resources, opportunities and risks, as well as understanding a utility from a financial standpoint.
Participants will receive instruction from industry and management experts and will have opportunities to learn and think strategically. They will then have two team projects, which helps them learn as much from each other as from their instructors, will complete a self-assessment of their team and leadership styles, and will receive coaching on improving their teamwork.
