  • Plan co-curricular activities in preparation for the Summer Residency
  • Assist instructional staff in classrooms and manage dorm life
  • Provide positive leadership that will build students’ confidence
  • Motivate students to attend college
  • During the term of employment, staff may not have any other obligations

  • Receive training and support to specialize in a particular aspect of the Academic Support Program
