Innovative education that fits your schedule
To meet the work schedule requirements of our diverse clientele, we use a variety of delivery methods: classes on our campus, classes at your site and distance learning (online, video conferencing, etc.). In addition to flexible delivery, programs can be designed to range in length from three days to several weeks. The type and duration of your training program will be determined through consultation with an EDC professional.

A hands-on, minds open educational experience
We believe that people who succeed in management learn most effectively through thought-provoking experiences designed to engage them. Our planning and development process promotes a cohesive package that challenges your people to analyze, synthesize and create. Programs are dynamic and flexible to address the needs of new groups of participants and their changing environments.

In advanced programs we rely heavily on interactive, experiential exercises. Our aim is to engage. We transform a classic principle of communication - tell your listeners what you are going to say, say it, then tell them what you've said - into a principle of active student learning: plan, do, reflect. Whether analyzing cases, discussing problems or simulating decisions, we've designed a realistic experience that leads through commitment and debate to confident managerial performance.
