Biography
Kathie Nelson, a Certified Management Consultant, is a serial entrepreneur and the recipient of multiple awards for sales and leadership during her career, Kathie was also recognized by the Women Entrepreneurs of Oregon (WEO) with a Lifetime Achievement award in 2009 for her contribution to the women’s business community.
Currently serving on the WEO advisory board, Kathie also contributes as a member of the national board for the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC). She is known for her innovation, membership growth, and direction. She received the internationally recognized designation as a Certified Management Consultant™ (CMC®) in July 2011. This designation is held by less than 1% of management consultants.
A published author, professional speaker, and business strategist, Kathie founded her company in 2002 on the same practical wisdom she dispenses today. She is driven by her passion to strengthen leadership in those who find themselves “accidental entrepreneurs” through strengths based solutions and strategies that build companies that thrive.
