We welcome and encourage qualified applicants from around the world
and are proud of the international spirit of our Early Career MBA program. With
30% of students coming from outside of the U.S., the Willamette MBA is truly a
global community. Admission is based on academic ability, managerial potential
and commitment to participating in an intensive and experiential MBA learning
environment. The distinct experiential component of Willamette's MBA make it an
excellent choice for applicants with extensive work experience as well as recent
college graduates Applicants must have a bachelor degree from a U.S. college/university
accredited by the appropriate regional
institutional accrediting agency, or an equivalent degree from another country.
Three and four year bachelor degrees from international colleges/universities
are considered equivalent if the degree is Bologna Accord compliant or if the
degree granting institution is recognized by the country's national or regional
accreditation/quality assurance organization. All applicants should have
a record of strong and consistent academic performance, an understanding of mathematical
principles and well developed writing skills. A complete application file
and an interview (telephone or in person) are required to be considered for admission
by the admission committee. Applications are evaluated for interviews and admission
on a rolling basis. You are strongly encouraged to apply early. Application

transcripts of all undergraduate and graduate course work accompanied by
an English translation of all academic records and transcripts.
Applicants
who completed their bachelor degree at a Bologna Accord compliant school should
also submit a Diploma Supplement. - Official
GMAT or General GRE score report. GMAT and GRE scores are valid for five
years.

The GMAT code for the Willamette Full-Time MBA is 3MZ-PZ-27. Information
about the General GRE is available at gre.org.
The GRE code for Willamette University is 4954. - Official
TOEFL or IELTS Academic score report. The requirement to submit a TOEFL
or IELTS Academic score may be waived for international students for whom English
is the native language and for international students who completed their undergraduate
education in the United States at an accredited U.S. college or university.
TOEFL: Applicants submitting a TOEFL score may use the TOEFL Internet
Based Test (IBT), TOEFL Computer Based Test (CBT) or the TOEFL Paper Based Test
(PBT). The TOEFL code for Willamette University is 4954. Minimum TOEFL score requirements
are as follows: Applicants who submit an IBT score must have a total
score of 88 or higher. Subscores will also be reviewed. The recommended minimum
for each subsection is Reading = 21; Listening = 21; Writing = 21, Speaking =
23 Applicants who submit a CBT score must have a total score of 230 or
higher. Applicants who submit a PBT score must have a total score of 570 or higher.
TOEFL scores are valid for two years. More information about the TOEFL is

IELTS Academic: Applicants who submit an IELTS Academic score
must have a total score of 6.5 or higher. Skill subscores in reading, listening,
writing and speaking will also be reviewed. IELTS Academic scores are

directly familiar with your academic, professional or leadership experience.

Applicants must show the ability to fund educational and living expenses for the
two year MBA program. The following documents must be received and approved by
the school before an admitted student can receive an I-20.

verification of funds (written in English), showing that you and/or your sponsor
have sufficient resources to cover your educational and living expenses for the
two year MBA program.
Applicants who submit bank documents showing only
one year of funding must attest that adequate funding is available from the same
or equally dependable sources for the second year of the MBA program.
- A photocopy of the name/photo page of your passport showing your name
as presented and spelled on your passport.

Interview
An interview is part of the selection process. Applicants eligible to complete
the interview process will be invited to interview by the admission office after
all the applicant's documents have been received. Applicants invited to interview
will be given instructions for arranging a telephone or on-campus interview. Admission
Decision Notification Applicants who complete the application process
and the interview will be notified of the admission decision within three weeks
of completion of the interview. Applicants who submit an application form
or credentials that do not indicate potential for a positive admission decision
may be denied admission at any time after submission of the application form.

Early
Action applicants receive full consideration for admission, merit-based scholarships
and graduate assistantship awards. An early application also ensures early notification
of our admission decision and promotes a smooth transition to your MBA experience.
Applicants who complete their application between March 2nd and May 1st
will receive full consideration for admission. However, merit-based scholarship
and graduate assistantship awards will be awarded on a funds available basis for
qualified applicants. Applications received after the May 1st deadline
may be considered for admission on a space available basis and should contact
