Willamette's MBA students come from around the world and throughout the United States to prepare for the next step in their career. They represent a diversity of experience and age common in organizations.

As a group, they have leadership, work and internship experiences in organizations of all sizes and types -- finance, software development, engineering, consulting, marketing, project management, energy, education, agriculture, international management, human services, teaching, and their own entrepreneurial ventures. They also understand the importance of a balanced life and enjoy family, friends, sports, cooking, travel, music, theatre, volunteering, mountain climbing, horseback riding, running marathons and more.

A common goal among the members of the entering class of 2008 is the desire to benefit societies in the countries of the world through their career efforts in business, government and not-for-profit organizations. Many envision an opportunity to partner their interest in management with issues of corporate social responsibility, social entrepreneurship and the environment.
