Choose the MBA Format that Meets Your Goals
The Willamette full-time MBA program comes in different formats. Each format is designed to meet the goals of specific groups of students. All formats include the distinctive Willamette MBA curriculum and hands-on learning experience. All formats are also dually accredited for business (AACSB International) and public administration (NASPAA). The Willamette MBA is a great choice for early career, career change, accelerated, MBA/JD and BA/MBA students.
Early career students are recent college graduates or experienced students who are seeking their first professional position. Early Career students enroll in the Early Career and Career Change MBA.
Career change students have at least two years of post bachelor degree professional work experience with management or functional responsibilities, and are seeking career change or advancement. Career Change students participate in the Early Career and Career Change MBA.
Accelerated students are seeking career change or career advancement, and have: 1) at least two years of post bachelor degree professional work experience with management or functional responsibilities, and 2) a bachelor degree in business from an AACSB accredited business school. Accelerated students participate in an individually customized format of the Early Career and Career Change MBA.
MBA/JD students are early career or career change students who are seeking both the MBA and Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Willamette University. MBA/JD students participate in both the Willamette University College of Law JD program and a customized format of the Early Career and Career Change MBA.
BA/MBA students are fast-track Willamette University early career students who are seeking a Bachelor of Arts and MBA through the BA/MBA combined degree program. BA/MBA students participate in a customized format of the Early Career and Career Change MBA.
