Dean Ringold Shares Insights on Women MBAs
Over the past ten years the number of women applying to MBA programs has risen to record levels. This adds to greater diversity of thought in the classroom and, post-MBA, in the workplace.
Last week Dean and JELD-WEN Professor of Free Enterprise, Debra Ringold, was interviewed by US News and World Report on how female MBAs make an impact in the classroom and beyond:
“I think most MBA programs, at least the highly competitive AACSB-accredited programs, are meritocracies. They are interested in talent and commitment. The women that I have known over the course of my career, the women we admit here at Willamette, are certainly up to the task. They hold their own and they excel.”
