Alumni Awards Nomination Form

Nominate and outstanding Bearcat for recognition by the Alumni Association!

By completing this nomination form you enable the dedicated volunteers of the WUAA Awards Committee to review nominees through a common process. You may also submit additional supporting documentation including the nominee's curriculum vitae, resume, letters of recommendation, magazine or newspaper clippings, or relevant articles.

  • The deadline for the 2018 awards cycle is October 16
  • Nominations will be held in consideration for three years
  • Nominators need not be affiliated with Willamette

The Alumni Awards are bestowed by the Alumni Association Board of Directors. Announcement of award recipients takes place in May, and the awards ceremony is held in September each year during Alumni Weekend.
