Edmonds Retires from Court of Appeals
When Judge Walter I. Edmonds JD’67 stepped down from the Oregon Court of Appeals at the end of December, he carried with him the distinction of having served on the appeals court for 21 years — longer than any other appeals court judge in state history.Read more at the College of Law website

Acclaimed Negotiation Expert to Lecture at College of Law
The Willamette Center for Dispute Resolution will host acclaimed negotiation expert Professor Clark Freshman on Feb. 18, 2010. Freshman will present “Emotional Efficiency: Empirically Supported Paths to Winning at Negotiation, Better Grades and Better Mental Health” at 12:40 p.m. in Room 201 of the Collins Legal Center. This event is free and open to the public.
