Canada's Atlantic Coast 

September 24, 2009 to October 03, 2009

We are very pleased to offer this new, fantastic trip to alumni and friends who are interested in visiting Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island. One of the highlights of the trip will be a visit to Cape Breton Island and the famous Cabot Trail (see picture), named for the famous explorer. Its mountainous beauty, rugged terrain and spectacular ocean views combine to make this one of the most scenic trips on the Atlantic coast.

Our tour operator for the trip will be Collette Vacations, who have more Eastern Canada trips than any other company we know. The fall colors will make this an extraordinary trip!

Shakespeare in Ashland

July 09, 2009 to July 12, 2009

A longstanding tradition at Willamette, this trip is led by Senior Director of Alumni Relations Jim Booth '64, as well as play reviewer extraordinaire Pat Alley '73.

This year's productions include the Bard's classics Macbeth, All's Well that Ends Well, and Much Ado About Nothing. Contemporary plays will include Meredith Wilson's The Music Man, the Spanish epic Don Quixote, and a choice between Bill Cain's Equivocation or Carlo Goldoni's The Servant of Two Masters.

Cost is $945 for double occupancy and $1,195 for single occupancy. Includes lunch and dinner first day, breakfast on last day, van transportation from Salem and three nights at the Plaza Inn & Suites. Deduct $40 if you will be meeting us there.

Aegean Adventure

June 12, 2009 to June 24, 2009

Undergraduate and law alumni alike are invited to join WUCL Dean Symeon Symeonides and other University staff for this fabulous 12-day cruise from Istanbul, Turkey to Dubrovnik, Croatia to Athens, Greece, aboard the small but luxurious Oceania cruise ship Insignia. The ancient city of Ephesus, the Greek islands of Rhodes, Delos, and Santorini, as well as stops in Katakolon, Corfu and Crete, will provide historic and scenic experiences virtually every day!

Voyage of Discovery: Wonders of the Galapagos Islands

January 30 to February 7, 2009

Join Senior Director of Alumni Relations Jim Booth for this magical journey to the untouched habitat of this mysterious natural realm. This will truly be the journey of a lifetime aboard a state-of-the-art research vessel with a team of certified naturalists. We will also spend time in Quito and Otavalo, Ecuador.

You can add another spectacular experience to your trip by taking our optional post-trip to Peru and the "lost city" of Machu Picchu! A full itinerary brochure will be available in June, 2008.
