Takumi Matsuri is a two-fold event, celebrating both Japanese and American music and dance. "Hikari Sai," a Japanese Culture Festival, will run from 12-4pm and feature such performances as taiko, soran bushi, and traditional and modern Japanese fashion. The event will transition into a rock concert from 7pm-12am, featuring TIUA and WU student bands.
