Prior to joining the Willamette faculty, Tim completed his PhD studies at Stanford University and served as a Pre-Doctoral Research Fellow at the Center for Adaptive Behavior and Cognition in Berlin, Germany. Having grown up in Oregon, Tim has participated in various community and political endeavors that seek to preserve and enrich the wonderful state he calls home.

Fred is a successful business owner of a strategic consulting and training company and although new to the Board, has been involved mentoring and coaching IMG for several years.

Kawika’s research interests include the application of differential equation modeling to problems in accounting and other areas of management and include a better understanding government budgets and policy making.

Pete received his J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law from He currently is serving “Of Counsel” staff with a Salem law firm. From 2001-2009, Pete served as Oregon’s Deputy Attorney General. Before joining HLGR, Pete practiced law in Eugene, served as Legislative Assistant to the late state Senator William (Bill) Frye, was Deputy District Attorney in Marion County.
