Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Catherine is a former state senator and co-chaired the Joint Legislative Committee on Information Technology and Management and Senate Education. She authored the Government Workers' Productivity Act.

Catherine has worked in all four branches of government. She served as
  • Records Manager for the State of Oregon,
  • Member of the Oregon Parole Board,
  • Statewide IT policy analyst,
  • business manager for Vocational Rehabilitation,
  • consultant and subject matter expert on state imaging and electronic records implementations.

Catherine holds a number of certificates in software and technology.

Roger Wang, MBA
VP Development and Operations

Roger Wang is a consultant specializing in assisting government and non-profit organizations with strategy, marketing, and operations. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where he studied Software Engineering and Artificial Intelligence.

Roger has worked with organizations such as the Oregon State Bar and a variety of community-based event and educational organizations. Roger has an MBA from Willamette University's Atkinson Graduate School of Management in Salem, Oregon, where he concentrated on marketing and finance.
