Admission to the BA/MBA combined degree program is limited and only students who have well-focused career interests in management are encouraged to apply. The first step in determining a student's eligibility to apply to the BA/MBA is decided by the student's CLA major advisor and/or department. Students who, by the end of their junior year, will meet the CLA eligibility requirements to complete their BA through the combined degree program, may apply for admission to the BA/MBA. The deadline for submitting the BA/MBA application to Atkinson School is May 1st of the junior year.
Application to the Atkinson School segment of the BA/MBA program requires all of the following:
- Atkinson School Application for Admission
- Official transcripts of all college/university course work
- Official copy of GMAT or GRE score
- Two reference forms or letters of reference
- Personal statement of experience and goals
- Letter from the student’s CLA advisor or department chairperson stating the student has met CLA requirements to complete the BA degree through the BA/MBA program, and listing all CLA courses to be completed during the senior year of study.
