Early Advising with Accessible Education Services
  • If you have an IEP or 504 in high school (or believe that you should have one) or have any reason to pursue accommodations, please contact Accessible Education Services to assess what accommodations will be appropriate to support your academic success
  • If you identify as Autistic or as having ADHD, please contact Accessible Education Services about what supports are available through a new program we are piloting this Fall

Paying For College Mailing
  • Summarizes estimated costs and financial aid for fall semester

Student-Athlete Medical Paperwork
  • All incoming students who are planning to participate in varsity sports are required to complete the medical screening process by July 1st.

New Student Profile (Opening Days)
  • To better welcome you and improve your experience at Willamette as an incoming student, we ask you to take a moment to complete a short profile which will provide us with your interests and basic contact information.
  • Complete your New Student Profile by the end of July for a chance to win some Willamette Swag!
Week of June 3
Student Accounts Office information mailed
  • The Student Account office will send you a letter regarding your online statement, the billing process, payment options and other important matters.
June 3-28
Advising and registration phone appointments are arranged
  • Colloquium preferences and Questionnaire must be submitted before we will call to set up your registration appointment
  • We will contact you using information given in the Questionnaire
  • Registration continues through early July

  • Submit your student ID card photo online using the provided form
  • All entering students must submit a picture in advance — early submission means we will print your Willamette University ID Card (Compass Card) and have it ready for you when you arrive on campus.
July 1
Request your final High School transcript and official test scores
  • Transcripts should be sent to: The Office of Admission, Willamette University, 900 State St., Salem OR 97301.
July 1 - Aug 1
Complete Health History & Immunization Information
  • Submit your online health history & immunization information to Bishop Wellness Center via the Student Health Portal. Information about SB 274 will be included per Oregon Law.
July 5 - Aug 1
Complete Think About It
  • Complete "Think About It" - an online program to reduce and prevent risky student behavior. Link will be mailed to your Willamette email account.
Week of July 8
Tuition & fees statement
  • Your tuition & fees statement will be posted to your online account, and a paper copy sent via regular mail.
Week of July 16
Complete "Student Financial Responsibility Agreement"
  • All students are required to accept the Student Financial Responsibility Agreement, which outlines the financial terms and conditions associated with enrollment at Willamette. Simply log into Bill+Payment and the agreement will appear on your screen. You must click "I Agree" prior to the first day of classes, August 26.

Opt out of the Community Action Fund for Equity & Sustainability Fee
