From day one, Willamette seeks to make you feel welcome and helps you adjust academically and socially. Below you will find resources to get you started around campus.
Billing and Payment of Tuition & Fees
Willamette’s electronic billing system is called Touchnet Bill+Payment. On Bill+Payment, students and authorized users can view monthly bills, account activity, and make online payments.

Community Action Fund for Equity & Sustainability
In April 2014 ASWU (Associated Students of Willamette University) voted on a proposed CAFES constitution and held a campus-wide referendum where a majority of voting undergraduate students supported the establishment of a new student fee to support the new Community Action Fund for Equity & Sustainability program.
This fund is supported by a $25 per student per semester fee. Currently only undergraduate students are charged the fee.
Students are automatically charged the fee but are provided with an opt-out option via web advisor with a mid-September deadline if they do not want to support the program. A similar opt-out option will be available for the Spring semester.
Office of Student Activities
Enhances the academic mission of the University by providing personal attention for students as their primary resource for co-curricular involvement.
Student Health Insurance
The insurance fee will be charged to your student account each semester up front. If you have comparable coverage and wish to submit an application for a waiver please see additional information at Domestic Students or International Students. The Office of Student Accounts will credit your student account for the insurance fee with an accepted waiver submitted prior to the waiver deadline. See the Insurance Requirements to determine credit and program criteria.
