Welcome to Willamette

On behalf of the faculty of the College of Liberal Arts, congratulations on becoming a member of Willamette University’s Class of 2013!

As an enrolling student, the first thing you need to do is to set up your Willamette email account following the online instructions available here. You will need this account to choose a College Colloquium and register for classes. In addition, most of the communications you receive from Willamette during the summer will be sent via email to this account. If you will not have Internet access for extended periods during the summer, please contact the Dean's office and provide alternate contact information.

Once you have a Willamette account, you should visit the College Colloquium website and submit your preferences for enrollment into a section by June 19th. Based on the preferences that you submit, the University Registrar will enroll you in a Colloquium section and inform you of your assignment early in July.

When you receive your Colloquium assignment, you can go to WISE (Willamette Instructional Support Environment), login using your Willamette password, and read a message from your Colloquium professor regarding advising and any summer homework. Your professor, who will also be your academic advisor, will indicate his or her availability during the summer. If your advisor is available, you can direct any questions there; otherwise, you can direct your questions to advising@willamette.edu at any time during the summer.

Next, proceed to Registration Overview page to learn how to enroll in other courses for fall.
