Programs
The “bookend programs” of the Willamette University Debate Union (WUDU) are its intercollegiate debate and speech programs. Virtually all students who pass through the WUDU will participate in one or both of these programs. Students from the Intercollegiate Debate and Intercollegiate Speech programs can apply to participate in the International Debate Program and the Public Debate Program. In rare instances, students who do not participate in Intercollegiate Debate or Intercollegiate Speech may be chosen for the International and Public Advocacy Programs.
