Sudarat Musikawong

Sudarat Musikawong is our Lausanne Postdoctoral Fellow 2007-2009. Her areas of interest include Asian and Asian American Studies, Race, Class, Gender, and Sexuality, Media Studies, Transnationalism and Globalization, Memory and State Violence. She was awarded the Center for Asian Studies research and curriculum grant to continue her teaching and research project on Thai transnational labor and media in the United States and is working on her project "Violent Forgetting: historiography, cinema, commemorations in Thailand 1973-2008," a book manuscript based on her dissertation.
