• Distinguished Alumni Citation
  The Distinguished Alumni Citation was established in 1957 to honor graduates who, in professional achievement and service to their communities, reflect the highest ideals of the University. The Alumni Association board of directors recommends as many as five alumni/ae to receive this honor per year. All alumni/ae are eligible unless they have received an honorary degree from the University.

• Young Alumni Leadership Award
  The Young Alumni Leadership Award was established in 1998 to recognize graduates from the last 10 years for outstanding leadership in their vocation, community service and/or service to the University. The Alumni Association board of directors recommends up to three individuals per year.

• Lestle J. Sparks Medallion
  This award is given annually to alumni who have exhibited extreme loyalty to the University throughout their lifetime.

• Athletic Hall of Fame
  The Athletic Hall of Fame was established in 1991 to recognize outstanding contributions to the intercollegiate athletic program. Each year the selection committee reviews and recommends new Hall of Fame members. Former athletes, teams, coaches or benefactors of the athletic program are open for consideration.

• Faculty Retirement Dinners
  The Alumni Association recognizes and honors retiring faculty in April with a reception and banquet. Alumni who graduated within departments that have retiring faculty are invited to attend. Any other alumni interested in attending can contact the Alumni Office to be added to the invitation list.

The Alumni Association supports Willamette's institutional mission and further assists in admission recruitment, financial support, career services, continuing education, community relations, and alumni recognition. Reunion Committee

Reunion Giving Chairs/Class Agents

The office of admission is always looking for alumni and parents to participate in regional admission assistance programs. If you are interested, please take a minute to fill out the following form indicating your willingness and interest in various activities performed by the office, staff and alumni admission volunteers.
