Virtual Career Center

The Willamette Career Center is proud to introduce the Virtual Career Center, an all-access online resource comprised of three new career development technologies. The VCC is designed to help students navigate their career path with a comprehensive online suite of career tools and resources. Select the program title to learn more!

• Optimal Resume - Tools to assist you in creating perfect resumes, cover letters, personal websites, as well as interview practice and video resume tools.
• CareerBeam - a one-stop shop for career development information. Take assessments and exercises to help discern your vocational direction, view extensive advice on interviews and networking, and investigate careers with company and industry research tools.
• JobCat - On Willamette University’s new online job board you can view on-campus, local, national and international positions. Postings are reviewed and updated daily.

Employers

On Campus Employers  To post a position visit JobCat at: https://willamette-csm.symplicity.com/employers/. First time users will be required to register before positions can be posted.

Off Campus Employers To post a position visit the Recruiter web page.  First time users will be required to register before positions can be posted.

Info Sessions

The Willamette Career Center will provide info sessions on the Virtual Career Center throughout the year to help students login and utilize the new technology. The orientation will show students how to register and give a brief overview of the three technologies.
*Please bring laptop if possible
