Community Service Learning

Explore Social Issues

The Office of Community Service Learning strives to connect outreach activities with social justice issues that face our community. Some co-curricular Community Outreach Programs deal directly with these issues and provide awareness-type events. Other programs, including the Service-Learning Program, allow students to explore these social issues in light of academic course content and participation in the community. Knowing how to identify social injustices is the first step toward eliminating them. Explore the following social issues and contact us with any you would like to see added to this list!
