We are dedicated to providing exceptional customer support to the Willamette University community and our guests. Our staff works diligently to provide customer service; using sustainable technologies, and advanced training.


Academic and Residential Services

If you would like to contact someone regarding any issues, comments, or concerns you can do so by calling ext. 6802 or emailing us at custodial@willamette.edu. If an area in your department or residential hall needs attention that is not normally part of your daily service please submit a work order.


Waste and Recycling Support

We strive to find new and innovating ways to reduce waste and recycle more. Sustainability is a continued practice that our department is very dedicated to. If you have a pick up request please submit a work order, please feel free to email us at recycle-request@willamette.edu or call ext. 6802 with questions, concerns and comments regarding your residential halls recycling program, or department needs.

If you would like to arrange any special requests for our Event staff please contact Jeff Bolt ext. 6549 or email him at jbolt@willamette.edu

Office Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

After-hour emergencies: contact Campus Safety at ext. 6911 for after hours assistance.
