How to Obtain Service

Routine services may be obtained by calling Residential Support Team, ext 6802/Academic Support Team at ext. 6135, or emailing Facilities Services .

Emergency service during off-hours and weekends can be obtained by calling Campus Safety at ext. 6911.

For special requested services, please email a supervisor to make requests for special service. Facilities Services can perform additional cleaning services. These services may include additional service in one of the areas listed below. Departments should request special services well in advance and a charge may be assessed for these services.

Examples of services provided by Facilities Services

  • Restroom cleaning
  • Vacuum carpeting
  • Office cleaning
  • Common area cleaning
  • Dust mopping floors
  • Wet mopping floors
  • Waxing floors
  • Removal of recycling/waste
  • This includes all daily routine cleaning

The following services provided by Facilities Services may include charges to the requesting department:

  • Vandalism
  • Furniture/Office moves
  • Clean-up after special events
  • Request outside of normal service times
  • Request outside of normal service areas

Carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning requests may be made by email to Facilities Services. A charge may be assessed for these services.
