For Domestic Students ( U.S. Citizen and Permanent Resident)

Insurance Requirements

There will be opportunity for new incoming students spring semester and current students to waive from the Willamette plan between December 2, 2013 and February 3, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. New spring half time or more students and current students who wish to waive need to complete the Waiver Application form and return to Bishop Wellness Center, Student Insurance Services on campus by the February 3, 2014 (5pm) deadline.
