Supplemental Insurance Benefits
Willamette University seeks to provide opportunities for voluntarily elected benefits that provide additional protections for employees who want or need them with the convenience of payroll deduction. Currently, Willamette offers such benefits through AFLAC. AFLAC offers a multitude of plans, including Accident, Short-Term Disability, Hospitalization, Cancer and/or Critical Illness, and Supplemental Dental and Vision, among others.
