*New health plan provisions adopted April 1, 2008 are reflected in the schedules of benefits.  A new plan document reflecting these changes, and a corresponding Summary Plan Description, have been drafted and submitted by the Pioneer Trust for review with the State Insurance Commission.  A separate notice will be distributed when this new document has been approved.  If you have any questions concerning these summaries, or recent changes in coverage, please contact the Human Resources office.
