The Lunch Workshop Series open and free to all Willamette University employees. Our Lunch Workshops are usually on the third Thursday of each month, noon to 1:00 p.m., in the Alumni Lounge-UC 3rd floor. You must register to attend. Workshops are limited to 30 people. If you register after the workshop is full, your name will be put on a wait-list. If your name is put on a wait list, you will receive an email notification if/when a vacancy occurs.
The Lunch Workshop Series offers lunches at a subsidized price of $5. If you wish to take advantage of this offer, you must order a lunch when you register. A sandwich bar, with vegetarian options and side dishes and bottled water are included. Correct cash and personal checks will be taken for lunches at the door on the day of the workshop. To order lunch, choose the appropriate field from the drop-down menu on the online registration form.
You must register online. Please fill out all the form fields. We will use the information we collect at registration to continue to improve the program. Employees who do not have access to a computer during working hours should be assisted by their supervisors.
If you supervise staff who do not have access to a computer during working hours, please facilitate this registration process by posting the Lunch Workshop Series schedule in a common area, and by providing printed registration forms, which can be returned through Campus Mail. Printed registrations which arrive after the class is full will be placed on a wait-list in the order they are received.
