The IACUC maintains a collection of materials on animal care and use on reserve at the Circulation Desk of Willamette University's Hatfield Library. Materials on reserve were obtained from the many professional societies that provide additional guidelines and recommendations for approved techniques to be used in the care, capture, transport, handling, and marking of animals. Also available is the American Veterinary Medical Association's list of acceptable methods of euthanasia should the humane disposition of animal participants be required.
