Proof of Enrollment or Degree

Proof of Enrollment

Students and alumni who need proof of enrollment for insurance companies, employers, etc. may request an enrollment verification letter in person or via email, using this request form. Student ID number is optional for alumni. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for this service.

In the College of Arts and Sciences the normal program includes 16 credits per semester. A student may register for up to 18 credits without extra charge. A student is considered full time if registered for 12 or more credits. Students are considered in good academic standing if they are not on academic probation.

Graduate students should contact their respective programs. There is no charge for this service.

Teacher License Verifications and Institutional Recommendations for Completed Endorsements

Graduates of the Graduate School of Education who need teacher license verifications and/or institutional recommendations for completed endorsements may submit necessary forms to the Registrar's Office for completion. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for this service.

Download the request form and return it to our office in person, by U.S. mail, or as a scanned image or pdf to registrar@willamette.edu.
