Willamette University is committed to encouraging and supporting students in learning and using safe driving skills. Completion of the applicable portion of Willamette's Safe Driver Program is required before anyone may transport students, either by University van or by private vehicle.

• Complete the Release and Applicant Information Form online
• You will receive testing instructions and a link to the web test site by e-mail no later than the following business day
• Even if you pass the test, the University may disqualify you from driving.  Click here to see the disqualification criteria and matrix.
