Officer Frank joined Willamette University in 2000. He has a background in military and civilian law enforcement, emergency medicine and firefighting as a volunteer. He has been active in the community, helping with youth slow pitch softball and school activities. Frank enjoys painting in oils, fishing, boating, and until recently was a member of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxillary as a Vessel Safety Examiner. He has been married for 22 years, and has three children.
