York features a building capacity of 29. It houses a kitchen in the basement, laundry facilities and a handicap accessible restroom.
York House provides a small, close-knit community. York House has the largest number of single rooms on campus. York has carpeted rooms, some of the room furniture is moveable. There is a piano in the main lounge and a pool table in the basement.
Part of the Eastside Commons, Cascadia is a small women’s residence hall with double, triple and single occupancy rooms.
Willamette’s Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity chapter lives as a community in Southwood Hall.
The Willamette International Studies House (WISH) actively celebrates the excitement of international cultures in regular activities by committing to learning about others. Some rooms are carpeted. WISH has convenient kitchen and laundry facilities. It is not wheelchair accessible. WISH can accommodate 31 guests.
Matthews Hall is one of our larger residences. Housing 94 people on three floors, Matthews is home to a kitchen and laundry facilities. It is wheelchair accessible on the first floor only.
Baxter Hall houses 117 guests. Baxter has carpeted rooms, moveable furniture and a piano in the main lounge. It also features a kitchen and laundry facilities. It is handicap accessible on the 1st floor only.
Doney will house 110 guests. There are various kitchen and kitchenette facilities available throughout the different floors. There are laundry facilities and it maintains wheelchair accessible facilities on the main floor.
Better known as the "U-aps," UAP is home to apartment style living. There are 51 one-bedroom apartments. Various floors and rooms can house 1-3 people in each apartment. They are carpeted rooms with kitchens, living rooms, private bathrooms and one bedroom. There are laundry facilities throughout the building.
