All groups wishing to obtain signatures for petitions shall comply with the following guidelines:

1. All petitioners shall be sponsored by recognized campus organizations.
2. All petitioners shall be stationed at a table located in the University Center lobby. Petitioners must remain at the table.
3. There shall be a maximum of three people presenting a petition.
4. All petitioners shall solicit signatures on regular workdays (Monday-Friday, except holidays) during regular work hours (8 a.m.-5 p.m.)
5. All sponsoring campus groups shall submit a request on behalf of the petitioners to the Director of Student Activities for approval.
