The staff of Scheduling, Events and Summer Conferences welcomes you to Willamette University!
Willamette University is an independent, nonsectarian institution of higher learning founded in 1842, which educates men and women in the liberal arts and in selected professional fields. Our downtown setting provides a distinctive learning environment for our visitors.
We are committed to providing seamless, quality event management and support to ensure all events and conferences are successful and memorable.
We offer a diverse range of facilities. Our campus has classrooms with state-of-the art technology, comfortable conference rooms, large and small auditoria, topnotch athletic facilities and several outdoor venues.
Our campus features fourteen residence halls and two apartment-style complexes, for a total of more than 1100 beds, available for summer guests. Choosing to stay on campus during the summer is a great option. Guests live in comfortable, reasonably priced apartments or residence halls that are a short walk to meeting rooms and food service. Living on campus provides opportunities to meet and exchange ideas with other conference participants in informal settings in addition to formal programs.
We are proud to feature Bon Appétit, Willamette University's exclusive food service provider, offering a selection of menu items designed to satisfy a variety of preferences. The Cat Cavern, located in the University Center, features a salad bar, made-to-order sandwiches, fresh grilled items and a variety of baked goods and beverages. Goudy Commons, our main summer dining facility, features a meatless enterée available at every meal, and special dietary requests (for example, gluten-free or diabetic requirements) can be addressed with advanced notice. Bon Appétit is also a full service caterer.
