Travel Center Transition to Concur Travel on-line booking tool and Azumano Travel.
As we grow near to the closure of Willamette University Travel Center many of you may have questions as to how the transition process will work and who to contact for information regarding travel arrangements. We have established timelines for the next few weeks to communicate what we will accomplish prior to our last day May 31, 2013.

May 15, The introduction to Concur on-line booking tool and Azumano Travel and reminder email by Jinai to sign into Concur Travel profile and sign up to attend the webinar on May 16th.
May 16, Webinar with Jinai at 10:00am please sign up.
May 17, Quick travel reference guide and frequently asked questions.
May 17, Phone transfer from a Willamette phone x6388 to Azumano travel agents.
May 20 - , Department meetings to discuss travel center closure.
May 22, Travel related information such as Grand and Radisson hotel reservations, international travel assist insurance, vehicle insurance, ground transportation and travel consolidators.
May 28 - May 30, Travel Center working with Azumano travel for modifications after meeting with departments.
May 31, Travel Center close.
June - August, Review Phase 1 and prepare for Phase 2.
July by August 1, Orbitz for Business decision announced. At this time we are not extending our current contract with OFB. Our contract expires on August 1, 2013. Please watch for more information.
Second phase - Timelines for August - November - TBA
Based on experience and feedback during the summer months we will re-introduce Concur Travel on-line booking tool and it's enhancements to Willamette community.
