University Credit Card Use
Willamette University has chosen to use the American Express ghost card to track university funded travel expenditures. However, some web fares may require we use the traveler�s credit card to purchase an airline ticket. Should this be necessary, we will advise the traveler before making the reservation. (It is important all travelers have filled out a traveler profile form to provide the Travel Center with the current credit card information.)
Contact your budget officer for approval to use an employee credit card for other travel expenses. Once you have received approval, contact the Accounting Office.
