Gallery Installation

  • Go to > "site_configurations" select > "Edit" and add an image gallery page to your site. (See documentation for "Pagetypes" > "Gallery with Thumbnails" or "Gallery without Thumbnails".)
  • In the folder called "Gallery" you will see an "Index" page and one or two more folders called "Full" and if selected the gallery with thumbnails "Thumbs".
  • Place full scale images (500 pixels wide and the resolution needs to be 72dpi; this way your images are loading faster.) in the "Full" folder.
  • Place thumb scale images (75 pixels wide by 75 pixels tall and the resolution needs to be 72dpi.) in the "Thumb" folder.
  • NOTE: To create titles for your images re-name the JPG's on your desktop (located in the folders "Full" and "Thumb") to the caption you wish to appear (example: 01.JPG > First hike of the season..JPG) > your captions will appear underneath the image and/or as a title if you selected no thumbnails. ("Full" images and "Thumb" images need to be named the same).
