In addition to following the standard JD application process, international students must meet the following requirements:
- All international applicants must take the Law School Admission Test (LSAT). To find the nearest test site, contact the LSAC at lsac.org.
- An international applicant must hold a degree that is equivalent to the American undergraduate bachelor’s degree. International applicants should contact the LSAC for additional information regarding degree evaluation services.
- An international applicant must demonstrate their English language proficiency to satisfy immigration policies. Read Willamette Law's English Proficiency Requirements here.
All appropriate documentation must be received and approved by the College of Law before the school will send them an I-20 (Application for Student Visa).
