Biography
Professor Saucy is a shareholder in the law firm of Saucy & Snow, Attorneys at Law, with a focus on domestic relations law, including divorce, custody, spousal support, complex property division, and appeals. She has been an adjunct professor at Willamette Law since 2009, and teaches Oregon Family Law Practice.
Professor Saucy is Past Chair of the Oregon State Bar Family Law Section, Past Vice President of the Marion County Bar Association, a board member of the Oregon Academy of Family Law Practitioners, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. She has written numerous articles on domestic relations matters, including chapters on Family Law Legislation for the Oregon State Bar’s CLE Manual, the chapter on Dividing Marital Property in the Oregon State Bar’s Family Law CLE Manual, and co-authored “Parenting Plans: Thinking Outside the Box” in the American Journal of Family Law, Vol. 19, No. 2. She is also a regular speaker at Continuing Legal Education events.
