About the Program
Discover Law & Justice is a beginner mock trial program designed to build students’ confidence with written and oral advocacy. Participants will spend three days learning about the trial process and skills necessary to argue a legal case.
Lessons will be taught by local attorneys and judges and participants will be coached by Willamette College of Law students. Lunch will be provided daily.
The program will conclude with a final trial on the afternoon of March 30th. Guests are welcome to come watch the final trial.
Oregon Court of Appeals Judge Darleen Ortega will preside over the final trial.
